For speeding up operations, copying from reference manual of uniform operations or from other technological sequences is used. To calculate working time, it is possible to connect module of analytical calculations of time norms for operations performance. Also for material inventory – adding module of calculations for thread and selvage use. It is possible to measure seam lengths electronically, in other words measurements on apparel patterns, displayed on the computer screen with the help of the tools, similar to tools of “Apparel constructor «Maestro»”.
Functional capabilities
Sequence of indivisible operations of apparel sewing production can be formed as:
• direct input;
• copying operations from a reference manual of uniform operations;
• copying operations from a previously entered sequence.
Indivisible operations can be grouped by sections and by processing junctions, which allows forming a new sequence from existing junctions.
Every operation of technological sequence is described from a specialization point of view, sewing equipment and devices used, and worker qualifications.
For each operation, time norm can be specified and cost can be calculated.
Reference manual of uniform operations can be enlarged by direct addition of operations to the manual, as well as by copying junctions and operations from technological sequences.
