Technological programs

Usage

Composing technological sequence for a sewing production item, keeping records for time of operations (analytical calculation of time norms for performing operations), and calculation of thread and selvage use.  Composing a scheme of labor differentiation (for aggregate group organization of production lines) based on the data of technological sequence. Calculation of pieceworkers’ labor based on the data from the scheme of labor differentiation or technological sequences.

Range of application

Sewing factories with any form of proprietorship and production volume.


Technological sequence 

Usage

Composition of technological sequence for apparel sewing production. For speeding up operations, copying from reference manual of uniform operations or from other technological sequences is used.  To calculate working time, it is possible to connect module of analytical calculations of time norms for operations performance. Also for material inventory – adding module of calculations for thread and selvage use.  It is possible to measure seam lengths electronically, in other words measurements on apparel patterns, displayed on the computer screen with the help of the tools, similar to tools of “Apparel constructor «Maestro»”.

Functional capabilities

Sequence of indivisible operations of apparel sewing production can be formed as: 
• direct input;
• copying operations from a reference manual of uniform operations;
• copying operations from a previously entered sequence.
Indivisible operations can be grouped by sections and by processing junctions, which allows forming a new sequence from existing junctions.
Every operation of technological sequence is described from a specialization point of view, sewing equipment and devices used, and worker qualifications.  
For each operation, time norm can be specified and cost can be calculated.
Reference manual of uniform operations can be enlarged by direct addition of operations to the manual, as well as by copying junctions and operations from technological sequences.
Text documents are printed according to state standards and norms of a sewing factory.


Calculation of thread and selvage use 

Usage

Calculation of thread and selvage use for sewing production according to the CNIISHP method.
Is connected as an option of the program «Technological sequence».
Database on the basis of a reference directory "Industrial time norms per element for types of actions and equipment for sewing outerwear" is supplied along with the module.

Functional capabilities

When calculating usage of thread and selvage for sewing production, the following must be specified for each corresponding technological operation: type of thread or selvage, general length of seams (on account of bars, strings, etc.) or cuts, also (for threads) select thread usage per 1 cm of stitching, in other words select equipment category, type and number of fabric layers. As a result, summary usage of thread and selvage is determined.



Calculation of time according to industrial norms 

Usage

Analytical calculation of time required for performing apparel sewing operations. 
Is used as an option of the program «Technological sequence».
Database on the basis of a reference directory "Industrial time norms per element for types of actions and equipment for sewing outerwear" is supplied along with the module.
 

Functional capabilities

When using industrial norms, time norms includes time of the main, secondary, preliminary and final operations during apparel sewing, operations of quality assurance, servicing work station, breaks and personal use.
Depending on the type of operations, the following must be specified:
• For machinery-manual operations: names of seams and stitches, their configuration, length in centimeters, length of stitches without interception, method of seam or stitching performance, rotation frequency of the main sewing machine shaft during operational and idle running, used accessories, cloth type, number of folds, number of stitches in 1 cm of a seam or stitching, size of details and a list of all methods of secondary operations;
• For machinery (specialized) operations: name of sewing equipment, frequency of the main sewing machine shaft, loop length in centimeters, number of stitches in 1 cm, button diameter, number of needle pin holes,  size of details and a list of all methods of secondary operations;
• For manual operations: length of marked or cut line (for operations with chalk and scissors), seam lengths (for operations with iron), a list of all methods of main and secondary operations while  sewing apparel;
• For ironing and pressing operations: name of ÂÒÎ equipment, number of simultaneously processed items, steaming modes, a list of all methods of main and secondary operations.
The program allows generating printed form – estimated analytical chart for indivisible operations with specification of basic time, time for quality assurance and percentage of preliminary finishing operations, and a list of secondary methods for a specified indivisible operation.


Measuring seam lengths 

Usage: 

 
Measuring length of seams in an item electronically, in other words measurements on details, opened on the computer screen. Is used only with models, which exist in the Julivi database.
Used as an option of the program "Technological sequence".

Functional capabilities:

   • Selecting apparel pattern from the database;
    • Displaying cut contours and detail seams on the screen;
    • Measuring seam length with the help of tools, similar to tools of the program “Apparel constructor «Maestro»”;
    • Transferring data to the program "Technological sequence".
 


Scheme of the Labor Differentiation on Sewing Operations  
 

Usage:

    Compilation of schemes of the labor differentiation on sewing operations for aggregate group organization of production lines based on the data of "Technological sequence".
 

Functional capabilities:


    Indivisible operations, composing technological sequence, are combined in organizational operations for work places of a sewing line based on the following rules:
      •    indivisible operations must match by specialties, by class, by thread type (when data about thread usage is available), by types of sewing equipment and wet thermal treatment;
      •    time of organizational operation must be multiple of line step.
   Based on the formed chart of labor differentiation the program calculates:
      •    technical economic indicators of sewing line operations (output norm, calculative and actual number of employees, average rate coefficient, time norm and cost of sewing apparel);
      •    requirement of sewing equipment;
      •    mechanization ratio.
   The following can be printed:
      •    labor differentiation scheme;
      •    cumulative table of technical economic indicators;
      •    cumulative table of sewing equipment;
      •    calculation of mechanization ratio.

Record keeping of pieceworkers’ labor 

Usage

Record keeping of performing technological sewing actions by each worker based on the data of programs "Scheme of labor differentiation" or "Technological sequence".
Allows to calculate quickly and accurately the seamstresses piece-rate pay.

Functional capabilities

Creating and printing cards of records for technological operations performance: based on a technological sequence of item processing, or considering each worker’s efficiency; 
Information input from filled out record cards;
Calculations of outcome statements, individual data about job pay.
